Leave of Absence


Leave of absence allows employees to take time off tasks and being online. Our Leave of Absence is regulated by the Employment and Nationality Act 2016.

Below are a few processes of Leave of Absence.

Leave of Absence - General

 

 

Leave of Absence: Restrictions

The designated rank below may not have...

Medium Rank

No more than three leaves of absence in the last two calendar months

High rank

No more than two leaves of absence in the last two calendar months

Should these restrictions be breached, leave of absence cannot be accepted- however, may qualify for emergency leave at discretion of the leader or deputy leader of the respective branch. (see emergency leave flowchart).

 

Leave of Absence - Emergency

 

 

* = "emergency" shall be defined by the leader or deputy leader of the branch that the user is in

be a minimum length of 72 hours

be recorded in a central location

be submitted by the user a full 24 hours before to the start time of their leave of absence unless this rule has been relaxed on a case by case basis by the Executive Office of the President

contain a reason for submission by the user who wishes to receive the leave of absence

 

Leave of Absence - Extended

Extended leave can be granted upon the approval of the Branch Leader and either the President or Vice President for leave of absences which go over the 336 hours (14 days) limit.

Upon the leave of absence elapsing, the person who requested the leave of absence shall login to Habbo.com.

Failure to login, shall result in termination of employment after 72 hours of inactivity.
